  We ordered a shuffleboard table in October. The salesperson called Olhausen and confirmed that it would be ready before Thanksgiving. It wasn't. During this time communication was very poor. No one would follow up as they PROMISED they would. We were passed between salespeople like a ping pong ball. The only way we could talk to anyone was to physically go into the store. The owner is rarely there, and they pushed all the blame on the manufacturer. Our table was finally delivered days before Christmas. It wasn't right. The logo we had agreed upon was wrong, the surface wasn't smooth, and the installers didn't level it out right and knowingly left it that way, telling us it needed a couple weeks to settle. Immediately I got ahold of a different salesperson who took a message and promised I would get a call back, no such luck. I went to the store, talked with the salesperson who looked at the computer and found our order to indeed be wrong. He said he ordered another top and it would be in in 2-3 weeks. As we guessed, it didn't and we were faced with trying to get ahold of the salesperson or owner. After not getting a returned call, we decided we just needed to deal with Justin, the owner. At this time he was supposedly out sick for over 2 weeks. After not getting a returned call, we went to the store and talked to Justin, who played the blame game. He said an order to replace our table top had not been placed and the salesperson who was responsible for that had been fired. He said he was ordering the replacement and it would be in in about 3 weeks. A month went by and we called with no response. We cancelled the last payment on our c.c. and Justin called once, after over a month since the charge had been disputed, and left a message wanting to pick up the table, not to make it right. We returned the call and left a message. Still waiting to hear back. Oh, and they never gave us the table cover they promised us because it was late to start with.
  
  In short, DO NOT buy anything from G.R.C. They have terrible communication, faulty products & set up, they over promise and under deliver. They cannot be trusted.
